Differential Tuition Grant?

Hi, I'm a CS major and hit 60+ credits so I have been charged differential tuition for the spring semester. However, my SAI is 0 so I thought I would be eligible for the differential tuition grant, but I don't see it in my fin aid or bill pay. Does anyone know anything about this?
