art coin market error code

Made a mistake coming back too this game.

Twice now the market has taken ac for stuff iv bought then just refuses too put it into my inventory. Shows in history the purchases. Put a ticket in too wait 4 days for a reply stating they need all this info. Such a pain in the fking ass. They shld easily be able too see an fix it. Why do I have too jump through so many hoops for there broken ass shit.

Anyone else dealt with this before?
