System data using the build my my storage

I’m really hoping someone can help me out with this as I have been trying to find a solution for a little while now. I have an M1 MacBook Air with a 256 gig HD. System data right now is showing 105 gigs. Is there any way to reduce that? I have no idea where it’s coming from. My cache files say they’re only about 3 to 4 gigs worth of data.
