the last shan mission has to be impossible

I've spent all my money(2m) and sold all my mutation potions and a fulong to buy color pots. I even sold a leg color pot for 1m just to buy more color pots. I literally CANNOT get the garnet one. is it even possible? If someone could spare a garnet pepper poppy yueshi ill pay u a fulong. Any advice???
