Warframes that synergies with Xaku’s Xata Whisper

Hi,

few questions that would be appreciated if anyone could answer!

1. Are there any warframes I could subsume xata whisper onto effectively? I’ve built him recently and it’s by far my favourite ability on him (for some reason against popular opinion).

2. Why does everyone say to use blast damage with void damage? What is the synergy?

3. Are there any other weapon platform frames you could recommend? I think they’re my favourite type and I’ve played Saryn and Wisp but I’ve been looking at Dagath and Hydroid as potential new picks.
