Broke up with girlfriend but still living together

I'm in a really odd situation and I guess I just want some advice on how to handle it/cope. So I broke things off with my (25m) girlfriend (22f) a month ago. At the moment, she didn't have a place to stay so I told her she could stay with me for a bit. She's got another place lined up but won't move out for another 2 months. Our breakup was amicable. It was mostly me. I felt our relationship had some issues that I didn't really want to work on, we were together a little over a year, didn't see eye to eye very often, butt heads quite a bit, and honestly, I just missed being on my own. I've never been much of a relationship guy anyway, but I tried to make this work. I just couldn't get out of my head about it. Now, we're living together still , and I've been feeling a bit stressed. I have OCD which hasn't helped. We still argue from time to time but I'm trying to keep things cordial. Things just feel a bit tense. I don't want it to be this way, but it's just weird. I wanted us to end things on good terms, but theres so many tiny things that have added up and made things a bit weird between us. It doesn't help that my family keeps making me feel like I made a terrible mistake in breaking up with her. I've been absolutely riddled with anxiety , and the feeling of just being a terrible person.

Any advice on how to cope with this for the next couple of months? I really would like to still have a friendly relationship with her, after all I do still care for her a lot.
