Which degree should I go for? Delhi University (BMS/BBE) or AKTU (BTech).

My main goal for the long term is getting a MiM ( Masters in managment) from Germany.
For that, what bachelors should is best suited? a BMS/BBE degree from DU or a BTech CSE degree from a private college under AKTU?
my_qualifications: I'm hoping to get around 500 in CUET ( enough for DU ) and my JEE rank is gonna be around 2.5 lakh (OBC, UP home state so enough to get a BTech CSE from AKTU college like NIET)
one more thing, I don't really like engineering at all, I gave JEE too without any prep just for the love of the game ahh.
