Radio Calls are silent

As the title states whenever I get a radio call, the voice is completely silent. The only way I have of knowing is because my subtitles are on. I’m not sure if it’s an audio setting or a bug. I’m on PS5. It’s odd because when an NPC is in my vicinity I can hear them fine. But the radio comms for missions are literally silent. Sure, I can read subtitles fine but that gets a little tricky when I’m getting mauled by dogs.

Thanks
