Have been searching for around 2 months now, hoping to spec into control engineering. Most of my applications were "reaches" - jobs fairly above my experience grade but I applied anyway as a hail mary. Got 4 total interviews, 2 CS-related jobs, 1 sysadmin, and one systems engineering job (really just a CS job underneath). The OAs were fairly difficult medium-hard leetcode type questions, and some industry specific stuff. The offer that I accepted is a large international company that will remain anonymous, pay is roughly 75k USD annualized. If anyone has any feedback for my resume (besides adding my new work experience), please feel free to comment! Thanks, r/EngineeringResumes
