Should I invest or save

Hi everyone! I’m 22 years old and I don’t know much about money or building wealth, but I am actively trying to get better! I didn’t really grow up learning about financial literacy, so I’m here to try to get some advice from people that are a lot more knowledgeable than I am on the topic.

As of right now, I have around 20k in a HYSA, maxed out my 2026 Roth, and another 20k invested in index funds (FZROX, VOO, QQQ). Any advice/help on how to make this better would be appreciated!

Should I start saving more in my HYSA so I can potentially buy a house in the next 2-3 years. Or should I keep investing heavily in index funds?

My pay is about 5k/month and I spend about half of that on expenses. The rest has been going towards my brokerage account but I could start transferring it to my HYSA instead if that makes more sense. I’ll take any advice possible! Thank you in advance 💗
