Arc Raiders inventory management help!!! did I screw up?

Hey folks,

So I’m a bit lost with inventory management and wanted to hear how others are handling it. I’ve ended up with a total of 160 weapons and right now my loadout is literally just Bobcats, Tempests, and Venators all maxed out with green/blue attachments.

I’m sitting here looking at this huge pile and thinking I’ve absolutely overdone it. Does anyone have a good strategy for trimming down or organizing gear in this? What’s actually worth keeping once you’ve fully upgraded a bunch of weapons?

Any tips for managing inventory so I’m not lugging around a crazy amount of redundant stuff?
