Story of Not Getting Regularized / Failing During Proby Period

hello, matatapos na yung 6-month probationary period ko this February 2026 since I started September 2025.

very first job ko ito since i'm a fresh grad so i have no prior experience with the corporate world at all.

however, may hunch ako na hindi ako maregular. ito yung points supporting my hypothesis:

• yung other teammates ko, andaming tasks na binibigay sa kanila ng boss ko while ako, very light lang... i feel like hinahanda na ng boss ang team ko to work without me
• medyo konti lang din yung projects namin right now, so i feel like kaya nilang magbawas ng tao in order to save money.
• mas nakaka-bond ng boss ko yung other teammates ko though nakikipag-interact naman ako sa kanila. in fact, ka close ko naman yung mga kapwa proby workmates ko. yung level lang ng closeness ng boss ko with my other teammates yung hindi pantay.

now, i'm definitely not manifesting it since i know mahirap maghanap ng trabaho given the economic conditions and job market especially for fresh grads. however, i have to prepare for the worse.

sa mga hindi rin na-regularize during their first job, how long did it take you to find another job? paano niyo na-expain during job interviews yung "gap" sa employment history niyo and paano niyo na explain yung reason or story why di kayo na regular?

also, is it better if i resign now para ang makita sa COE eh resigned ako instead of terminated by the company due to non-regularization?
