Looking for someone to take over my lease, anyone?

Hi, I made this account because I know a lot of people attending UTA use Reddit, and people in general, too ig. I currently live in Maverick Place and have been relying on my dad to pay my rent because I don't have a high-paying job. The rent is $700 a month, and you would live with 3 other people, but currently, 2 other people are in the apartment. I need to get out of the apartment ASAP because I am no longer going to go to UTA and need to move back in with my parents. I'm willing to work with you, and if you need to move in by next month, that would be perfect. The apartment is fully furnished, with couches, appliances, beds, and desks. It also has quite a lot of cabinet space for the number of people who live here. If you plan on going to UTA and don't have a car, they have a bus that goes through the complex and will take you to different areas on campus. The unit I live in is on the second floor. They have an all-year pool and gym as well as a clubhouse to study in, there's a room with a tv that you can hook up to your computer to host study conferences. The staff are friendly too.
