fat adapted!

Success Story

Went camping last week and decided to do a sardine fast. I didn't stick wholly to sardines (has some canned tuna there, some canned salmon here, and one late night jerky and mixed nut binge) but mostly sardines and nearly zero carbs on the whole. by the third day I felt wonderful, not hungry at all, was having to force myself to eat and only had one meal that, by my standards, was very small per day.

the craziest part was I had so much energy! Home now and it seems to have continued. I have tried to keep it nearly zero carb and having a can or two of sardines for at least one meal every day. Been a lot harder to just have one meal now that I have so many more options, but I still feel barely hungry compared to before. I'm skipping dinner tonight and that is just unheard of for me.

I guess this is what being fat adapted is like but I can't actually ask because then the automod won't let me post it! So I'll just assume it is!
