Institutions Bought Higher. FDA Path Clearer. Now We’re at 0.28?

Let’s step back and actually think about this.

Multiple institutional buyers built positions before the offering when this stock was trading materially higher. That is on record. They were comfortable allocating capital at those levels.

Then dilution hit. Price compressed. Emotion took over. Now we are sitting around 0.28.

At the same time, the company completed a Type B FDA meeting that clearly outlined the regulatory path forward. This was not vague language. It addressed study design, pivotal strategy, and alignment on next steps. The regulatory outlook today is more defined than it was months ago.

So what exactly justifies this valuation?

The science did not fall apart. The FDA did not shut the door. If anything, the path forward became clearer.

Price dropped. Clarity improved.

That disconnect is what stands out.

If institutions were willing to build exposure at higher prices before the offering, and today the regulatory framework is more structured, you have to ask whether 0.28 reflects fundamentals or fear.

Markets overshoot both ways. Emotion drives price short term. Execution and regulatory clarity drive value long term.

Right now the setup is simple.

Clearer path. Lower price.

Do with that what you will.
