Secluded places in TN that aren't known for cryptic sightings?

Im currently looking for some somewhat secluded property in TN and there's some really beautiful places like Linden and Waverly and ofc Appalachia being the most beautiful, but as we all know TN has lots of cryptic sightings almost everywhere that isnt a metropolis or suburbs and I dont want anything to do with that, I also dont want haunted land I've been to enough haunted places throughout my life
