Plate carrier help (semi-urgent)

Hey guys, I've been wanting to get a plate carrier to match my new flecktarn kit and am very stumped on what to pick. I have around $200 to spend, and I don't mind getting used. As of now I have 3 options

1: Shellback Tactical Rampage 2.0 brand new, with very little left for pouches and stuff

2: A used Novritsch ASPC for around $125. It has a side pouch and the included tri mag pouch on frot.

3: A used Phantom Gear Wraith for $110 with

• Petac Gear admin pouch (on front)
• idogear elastic triple (also on front)
• one Tigris dangler (on front again)
• and a krydex 2.0 assault panel (on back)

I'm wondering what would be best bang for buck as well as performance. I appreciate any help given.

I'm also open to any other suggestions if there are better ideas.
