Not really sure what to do in life with TDIU (26)

TDIU Unemployability :no-job:

I got out 3 years ago. Rated at 70% MH ( major depression and anxiety ) , 10% tinnitus. During my MH claim I got offered to apply for TDIU and accepted. I was granted P&T TDIU a few months later. I went about a year and found myself trying to go back to work but I couldn't hold a job for more than a month due to MH reasons. I am in a bit of a weird phase that I want to return to work one day maybe its just due to all the pressure from family but I know that it will most likely go like the other 2 jobs I have had where I don't last a month.

I tried to do full time school it didn't work out for me but I am going to try and return this fall but only taking 1-2 classes instead of 5 and be full time ( I can afford it). I also volunteer at my local church which is nice because I can show up when ever I want to and feel like getting out of my place. Ive been thinking about joining my local volunteer fire department as a EMT and would only require 2 shifts a month for 12 hours. I know first responder gigs with MH can be a weird mix but I am open to trying anything at this point.

I feel like there's a massive amount of pressure on my back that I am falling behind. I see people my age with full time jobs , getting married , high education and I am just kind of rotting away but at least now I am taking it a bit more slowly. I know some veterans will look into moving out of the states but I am not really into that but I am going to be taking a trip to Thailand for a month to see if I like it.

Just writing this out to see if anyone else was granted 100% / TDIU at a young age and what they are doing in life.
