Boundary vs control

Husband says he has boundaries regarding clothes I wear. I wore a long tank top but when I bent over it showed cleavage and that’s me crossing his boundary. I have bigger breasts so anything that is lower cut shows cleavage. I tried to explain that’s not how a boundary works but he has almost convinced me otherwise. He also prefers I wear a one piece and a cover which is fine but apparently the cover I bought was too short and this upset him and was another boundary for him. So confused. 😕 He also doesn’t like me going places where I will be hit on. Doesn’t say I can’t but will make small comments about it. Deep down it feels controlling but he’s so convincing it’s not and it’s a respect issue. So here I am on the internet asking for opinions.
