I feel really stupid

For a lil bit of context this my sh has been going on for a couple of years. So I had a few fairly deep cut and for some reason I panicked and ended up catching the bus to the hospital because I thought they needed stitches and now I'm sitting in my bed feeling worthless and like a burden. It feels really weird about this but to be honest I don't really have anyone else ;-;
