Tuscany wedding April 2027 – 120–130 guests, ~$200k. Florence or countryside?

Hi! We’re planning an April 2027 wedding in Tuscany and would love input from anyone who’s done something similar.

Guest count will be around 120–130. Budget target is roughly $200k all-in (flexible but not ultra-luxury / Lake Como level). Most guests will be coming from the U.S.

We’re debating between:

Wedding in Florence proper (palazzo/hotel with strong indoor option)

Countryside villa within ~30–45 minutes of Florence

Not everyone needs to stay on site—nearby hotels are totally fine. Because it’s April, a solid indoor plan is important. Ideally we’d love the reception to go until ~11 and an afterparty until 1–2am. Wedding will be on a Sunday.

Is $200k realistic for this size in Tuscany in April?

Any planners you loved at this budget?

Venue suggestions that work well for 120–130 with indoor space?
