Tasks in Splitsvilla

I’ve been watching Splitsvilla since Season 1 and till date I still don’t understand why there’s so much emphasis on tasks. It’s a dating show, not Olympic trials 😭

Like I get it, tasks test your bond, but how exactly does hanging upside down on a crane or wrestling in mud prove you’ll have a stable relationship and pay EMIs together someday?

And then enter the over-confident Roadies contestants. I used to like them in Roadies… but in Splitsvilla they walk in like they’re here to win some battle, not find love.

Bro relax, you’re here to find a connection, not qualify for Avengers.

At this point I’m convinced true love in Splitsvilla depends on upper body strength, aggression, and how loudly you can shout. Same Roadies shit with a different umbrella.
