Haven't been sleeping in proper position.

Hi everyone.

I am 6 days po. I didn't realize until tonight that there is a right way to sleep after a hysterectomy. I've been sleeping on my back with no pillows under my legs. I've also woken a few times to sleeping on my side.

I do sleep with a belly binder at night.

I don't want to mess anything up. 😭 I also had Sacrocolpopexy and a transobturator mid urethral sling as well.
