I have ₹1k and want either iem or headphones

So i have options for IEMs like kz edx pro and audiocular arc (audiocular comes with type c) and there aren't any particularly good headphones in that range so suggest me what should i do? Should i buy kz edx pro or audiocular arc? I did some research and the audiocular arc isn't really good for mids and treble so yeah help me if you can, thankyou!
