She says she’s enjoying getting to know me but continues late reply times, am I over thinking?

I’ve been talking to a girl for about 2 months and I really like her. She told me she’s “enjoying getting to know me,” which meant a lot to me.

The thing is, her texting is quite slow and inconsistent. Sometimes she takes a long time to reply and her messages are short, like “okay x,” which makes me feel unsure about how interested she actually is.

I know people have different texting styles, but I’m more emotionally invested and I catch myself overthinking reply times and stuff like Snapchat activity.

From an outside perspective, does this sound like normal early-stage dating behaviour, or more like low interest? And how should I handle this without pushing her away or hurting myself mentally?
