Volcarona Sitting Cuties

I've recently gotten way back into Pokemon as a whole, and was hoping to pick up some merchandise of my favorite Volcarona. With a birthday coming up, I thought I'd treat myself. Unfortunately, the Volcarona sitting cuties plush is out of stock, and has been for about a year now as far as I can tell. I could buy one off of Ebay or Meccha, but that'd be over half the price. How likely is this to restock, and if so, how long would it take?
