7900XTX Blown Resistor

Hey y'all, I was dumb and over torqued a screw and made a resistor come in contact with metal while repasting my gpu. When I turned on the pc I heard it blew and immediately turned it off and took it out of the pc. I opened the card back up and found the one that went. My question here is it worth to getting it repaired or is the card most likely dead? I would hate to lose my 7900XTX.
