Is anyone using their mics in deadlock / why is nobody using mics

I just started playing, and seem to be on alchemist VI, barely anyone speaks, even if they do, its like 3 call outs throughout the whole game. Idk which servers im on, but it's EU
Is there more talking going on when ill get to the higher ranks? or should I just find a team to play with

Cuz i was kinda hoping to get the same level of activity like you get in csgo/dota. But the community seems more like a league of legends one
