We all want to be Bill…

I’m forgetting the name of the quest, but it’s a Phantom Liberty quest where you take help an NCPD officer get away with dirt on Dodger. After playing the game numerous times and watching the anime… God what I would give up to be Bill if I lived in this God-forsaken universe.

The guy gave up his badge, a dangerous life chasing down criminals with cyberware that can literally wipe out all your friends, and let go of people who weren’t willing to let go of the force.

Sure, Bill may be a defenseless slop-dog vendor, but he will never have to watch his back as closely ever again (assuming that Dodger never finds him). Even then, whether you’re massacred as a Merc or a food vendor, what life would we have honestly picked in a universe like Cyberpunk?

I almost always escape with Panam, maybe it’s my personality but when something seems to be a lost cause, I tend to make the best of it. What quest made you guys have a similar revelation?
