PSA: New Hunter mask in climax mission

So just seen on YouTube that there's a new hunter mask called ruin. I assume how to get it is a bug. How you get it, at the start of the climax mission, where enemies come out the door on the left side, foam them and have turmoil shroud build on as its close enough to kill the sergeant boss that's in the control room controlling the avenger turret) that should be in the molten metal encounter. (2 people should have this build) then when you go into the reactor, it skips the entire encounter and spawns a hunter, I assume it's a glitch as it seems really strange and I'd assume it'd have to be on master too.
