2018 Forester torque converter clutch solenoid replacement

2018 Forester 2.5i 126k / 78,000 miles

AT oil temp and check engine lights came on.

Engine scanned: TORQUE CONVERTER CLUTCH SOLENOID CODES (2764 ).

CVT fluid was immediately changed (subaru OEM oil) when we got the warnings. We just bought the car and we're quite certain fluid had never been changed as previous owner didn't know and carfax has no record

Warning Lights remained off for about 2500 km but all lights just came back on (at oil temp, engine etc.)

Subaru wants $2500 here in Nova Scotia canada to replace entire valve body.

I'll buy the solenoid and get some quotes. Approximately HOW MANY LABOR HOURS should I expect to replace the solenoid?
