Weaving magic / heka

I am quite new to witchcraft and magic, however I am making a devotional doll to Tayt a Goddess of weaving and I wish to hand weave her clothing out of devotion and imbue magic into it..however I am not sure how to. I know the intention is important ― but what else is there? How exactly do I weave magic? What actually goes into it? I need specifics and I have not found any specific instructions or processes for doing so... Thank you for your help and advice!!!
