Which animals to simulate realistic captive breeding and reintroduction programs?

So for my new zoo I want to make an animal sanctuary that focuses on captive breeding and reintroduction programs for endangered species basically just breed them and release them into the wild when they’re old enough which animals would be the best to simulate this realistically? Thanks.
