I'm 23M working professional shifting to delhi around mid-march. I’m not much aware of the rental situation so posting here hoping to get some leads and suggestions.

Looking for 2bhk/1bhk/1rk (any will do)

Budget: if 2bhk then 13-14k otherwise for 1bhk/1rk 7-8k

Also open to vacant room in pre-occupied flat if someone is looking for flatmate.

Preferences: Furnished/ semi furnished. within 800m-1km from a metro station

Preferred areas: Chattarpur, Lajpat nagar. and Open to suggestions if there are better areas where I can find something within my budget and preferences.
