Transfer the Day 7 embryo! We graduated from our clinic 16 Feb with our euploid day 7 3BB fighter! I am 10 weeks tomorrow! 

Although literature will tell you the live birth rate is 22%, our embryologist told us she gives euploid day 7s roughly the same live birth rate as day 5 or 6. And so far, she was right! 

It was a bit spooky in the beginning. I’ll post my beta levels below (or in comment) but we didn’t give up and he was a little warrior. He was measuring behind the first two ultrasounds but is all caught up! 

Me: 36F, tubal factor infertility (both removed), fully medicated transfer. Failed our first transfer with a day 6 3BB. 

Protocol: lovenox, prednisone, PIO, estrogen, and baby aspirin. 2 antibiotics before transfer to address any possible endometritis or adenomyosis (never confirmed). I also drank ginger, beet juice and water melon juice leading up to and every day after transfer. 

I do have a large (30mm+) SCH which has caused heavy bleeding. If you have a SCH, don’t panic if you begin to bleed. It’ll be a lot more blood than you expect, but try to stay calm and just contact your clinic. I’ve been bleeding for 4 days and baby is healthy and happy! Even wiggling on ultrasound. 

I didn’t start testing positive until a vvvvvf positive on 7dpt. Betas were so low in the beginning we were nervous

Transfer the day 7!!! Give them every possible shot! I’m so proud of my little guy 🩵💙
