Eucharist question from a Catholic

Hi there I am a Catholic, please correct me if I’m wrong, but as far as I know the Eastern Orthodox Church hesitates to recognize the Catholic Eucharist as valid. I’m curious as to what the orthodox case would be against Catholic Eucharistic miracles? Wouldn’t even one real case prove the Catholic Eucharist to be valid? Forgive me if I’m missing any key points here, I don’t mean to stir up debate, just curious.
