Need to find a good apartment.

Hello. I thought my lease was up at the end of May but I find out it's actually ending at the end of April. I'd like to find an apartment that is quiet but not too quiet, maybe the ability to see cars from the road (car fanatic!), maybe a few amenities. We are unfortunately paying too much for our apartment in another state so the kids could go to school with their friends. The kids are not coming, military and graduating H.S. this year then military for them also. I'd like a good responsible and responsive management company, one thay just doesn't give you a blank stare when you ask for something. Also, which apartment complexes to stay away from? Thank you for all your help!
