What Circumstances would cause you to want to sleep with a friend?

I hope you guys know what I mean. This has been something I’ve thought about a lot and want other people’s perspective. Short answer from me: there’s realistically few friends I would ever even consider and it would depend on a lot of circumstances.

There is one friend I would if they weren’t in a relationship and we were both single. The biggest reason besides being attractive to them, is that over the years the actual friendship has fizzled out. They would deny it, but our actual connection is so bad that if we were to sleep together and never speak again I honestly feel like it would be positive outcome. Want to know if other people have had friends like this.

Out of my other friends even though a few are attractive, I have no desire to sleep with them because the idea of even dating them sounds horrible and that honestly is a turn off. Literally have one exception and even then I would rather try to start a relationship than simply sleep with them.

I know a lot of women hate the idea of having male friends that are only friends to have a chance to sleep with them. I agree those people are just assholes. But I will never feel bad about guys who develop feelings for their female friends and/or find them attractive enough to want to sleep with them. Two completely different scenarios and I think people just group them together for some reason.
