Problem with Hercules?

Just wondering if any others are experiencing issues with the Hercules frame ships right now? I have an M2 and the past couple of days, it either won't despawn, spawn from hangars, or randomly says destroyed after storing it in a hangar. Even calling other ships just forces it to share the pad with the other ship you called when it decides not to despawn. Or it locks up the hangar and you can't get any ships. Had someone in the global chat with a similar issue on a server I was in. Seems to happen no matter the server/region I jump to.
