Need second opinions on my soon to be purchase of a switch!!

I’m thinking about getting a Nintendo switch OLED specially, but I’m too sure if I should get either a brand new one, refurbished, or a used switch…

The new one is 399.99

Refurbished and used is 269.99 (for some reason, if anyone has the answer for that same price tag, please lmk! I’m curious about it.)
