Range of weed strains vs quality

Just spent 2 weeks in Phuket and Krabi (3 nights in Phuket the rest in Krabi) and this is my observation on the whole state of weed over here.

I really was expecting more, to be completely honest, with the amount of competition and the climate over here, I also think it's a preference thing.

I've always been a fan of what I call 'savoury' strains, those with gassy/skunky/funky terps that really come through in the flavour, it seems like after visiting over 15 shops and even a weed delivery guy on a bike and probably over 25-30 strains purchased in total, not one was like this.

Now this isn't to say the quality is bad, if you go in the highly rated shops and specifically ask for fresh/strong terps, you WILL find lovely quality stuff, however it ALL seems to be candy/fruity or Z flavours.

Both me and my mate agreed it all sort of smells the same or very similar. Definitely has a long way to go before being up to Amsterdam standards.

Regardless we where both stoked to see no one is abiding by the new laws and it's still being sold as freely as ever :)
