IGF-1 LR3 and liver toxicity

Looking for some help here. I’ve been on IGF1-LR3 for the last 5/6 weeks, starting at 20mcg for a week, then 40mcg and 60mcg for the final week. I’m a healthy 23 yo male, I don’t drink nor smoke or use any drugs of any sort. IGF is the first and only peptide I’ve used and I’ve over used any other sort of enhancement chemicals / peptides. A few days ago I got an extremely severe tooth ache from a broken tooth and infection. As a result I took over the usual amount of cocodamol (paracetamol and codeine) with ibuprofen. After 2 days I spoke to a healthcare service for the pain and they’d advised me I’ve overdosed on the paracetamol. I go to hospital, and they tell me my liver was not functioning well, now the odd part was that they said that even with me taking over a safe dose of paracetamol within 24 hours, my liver still was a lot angrier than it should’ve been, it was acting like I’d taken 5 times a toxic amount even though I hadn’t taken massive amounts. Does this have anything to do with my intake or IGF1-LR3? I spent 3 days in hospital on drip bags and medicated bags to support my liver. I will be requesting my bloodwork from my GP soon as they sent my final blood sample to a lab for further testing. What do you think about the LR3, did this have anything to do my liver issues?
