Tennessee servers are connecting to Croatia

If I connect to any TN server and check at https://whatismyipaddress.com/ it shows I'm connected in Croatia. I checked others and most are correct for the state chosen, but Ohio servers are showing as NYC. wth? Its causing blocks for apps and makes troubleshooting a shot in the dark.
