Personal collection advice

Hi everyone. I’m new to one piece and have been trying to collect for about a month. Im on episode 48 of the show also.

It’s difficult to get English cards for a reasonable price and I can’t justify the price. Other than language, any differences for Japanese cards?

I read through this sub and many of you are great at explaining. Thanks!

Ps. It’s only legendary until someone proves it real!
