Girlfriend ignores my texts

Does this follow all the rules. I ‘22M’ have been dating my gf ‘21F’ now for just over a year and a half and everything is going great. We both go to college together and spend a couple days a week together. Except when we are not together, she takes her time when it comes to texting back. It’s not necessarily that she takes forever to answer my questions, but she obviously ignores them and goes on social media that I can see like instagram and Snapchat. She sometimes takes 4-6 hours to respond to semi important questions when she has been on her phone a lot and not that busy. I feel like I’m not prioitized in the relationship sometimes and feel a little disrespected sometimes. How would you guys handle this?
