Help me choose between Taix, Tam O'Shanter, La Dolce Vita, Manuela, or Rustic Canyon for a date night

Basically title.

Taix and Tam O'Shanter are the bottom contenders, I'm very interested for the vibe and history but not willing to deal with potentially mediocre food.

Would love your thoughts on La Dolce Vita, Manuela, and Rustic Canyon. Looking for something cozy and intimate which I think all 3 somewhat hit, so mostly I'm wondering about recent dining experiences.
