How does the per-level healer damage buffs affect mistweavers?

For all other healers, it says "All damage increased by 1% per level, resulting in an X% increase at level 90" For druids it says 15% at 90, for hpal it says 58%, etc. For MW the note only says "All damage increased by 1% per level". It doesn't state the overall max increase. Does this mean it's uncapped, like 90% at level 90, or did they just forget to mention it for MW? The actual damage abilities got nerfed by over 30%, and healing from damage was also reduced. Has anyone tested MW after the patch? Does it feel different at all?
