Rant slash whining slash I’m not sure the best sub but I need to complain

Got an IUD and a D&C for thickened endometrium on 2/12. I can handle the cramping. But I want to use a tampon so freaking bad…. Pads fucking suck. They just don’t freaking work ….. plus. These strings are way too long. Like. They’re fully sticking out of my vag and irritating my labia like crazy … I assume she will trim them at my follow up appt
