Add Native multilingual translation.

Basically, it would take the user input and translate it into English, then send it to the model to create the response, and then take that response and translate it into the desired language. All of this would be done through an API connection defined by the user, improving the quality of responses since the models are much better trained in English, and consequently... The answers in English are better.
