Selling car with lien

I recently financed a Hyundai Elantra and there is still a lien on the vehicle (about 7 years remaining, with bi-weekly payments of approximately $235). I’m wondering how I can go about selling it while there’s still a lien on it. I can no longer afford the payments.

Would services like LeaseBusters.com or LeaseCosts.ca work in this situation, or are those only for leased vehicles? I would appreciate any help and insight.
